We're having a Christmas open house after Christmas Eve church service and need lots of (EASY) finger food recipes. Since the guests will arrive at our home the same time we do, we need things that can be ready to serve or remove from fridge quickly. I'm thinking punch, Wassail in coffee pot, soda, some kind of little sandwiches, various dips and chips, etc.

wordwitch If you have a crockpot left on warm while you are at church, these are tasty and warm. If you want it even easier, use frozen meatballs.

Christmas Meatballs

Serves 15-20

3 lbs lean hamburger 4 slices bread, crumbed 1 1/2 cups milk 3 beaten eggs dash of thyme, allspice, garlic salt 2 Tbsp catsup salt and pepper

Here is my fast favorite Ham & Olive roll ups

take a rectangle of ham, pat dry, spread a thin layer of plain soft spread cream cheese (could use veggie cr. cheese), plop in black olives (could use green I suppose too) intermitently along one end. Roll up the ham. Slice at even intervals along the ham. Chill until ready to serve.

K I know it's past the date, but this is yummy!

1 pkg. cream cheese (8 oz.) 1 can cream of chicken soup hot sauce (to taste) shredded cheddar cheese 1 can chicken

Heat it up and serve with tortilla chips. You won't be sorry you made it! It's addictive!
