If you like BBQ sandwiches, this is a super easy way to make 'em! Simply throw a lb or 2 of skinless, boneless chicken into your crockpot (breasts, tenderloins, thawed, or frozen- doesn't matter). Cover with your favorite BBQ sauce or marinade. Cook on low all day or high for 3-4 hours. When it's done, I use my Pampered Chef Salad Chopper (see link) to shred it up in about 30 seconds flat. Or you can shred/chop it by hand. Whatever floats your boat. Grab your favorite hamburger buns, add some Steamfresh corn on the cob or bagged salad, and viola! Dinner that requires roughly 5 minutes to prepare. :-)
