1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
½ cup flour
2 eggs
½ cup butter melted
Combine pecans, brown sugar and flour, mix together while you are melting the butter. Once butter is melted let sit for a few minutes to cool. Beat 2 eggs until foamy. Mix eggs and butter and mix together, pour over the dry mixture. Mix well. Spoon batter into muffin tin that you have greased with Pam. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 to 25 minutes. I baked less as my muffin pan is dark nonstick and it tends to make my muffins dark and sometimes burns them on the bottom. So I baked them for about 15 to 18 minutes.
