My husband has been Mr. mom since he broke his foot in a car accident last summer. Times are still tight, but he can walk now. I need some dinner recipes for 2 picky eaters and a third 1 1/2 yr. old that will eat ANYTHING! Can you help this new Kindergarten teacher with any recipes?

Meat Loaf or Meat Loaf Patties This is my standard meatloaf recipe, which is easy and tasty.

Lipton's Souperior Meat Loaf

1 envelope dry Onion Soup Mix 2 lbs. ground beef 3/4 cup plain dry bread crumbs* 2 eggs 3/4 cup water 1/3 cup ketchup

michelle Breakfast for dinner is fantastic! Neither will touch ground beef. my hubbie loved the hay stacks!

Jo - maybe ... Maybe if you tell us some of the things they WILL eat it will help us with quick/easy recipes that they might try.
