Alright, here it is. This is my meal plan for the next two weeks. Each of us choose two meals that we wanted.

Mon., 8/9: Ham Steak, mashed potatoes, fried corn, Sister Shubert rolls, sweet tea

Tues., 8/10: BBQ Grilled Salmon, garlic butter rice, steamed broccoli

Wed., 8/11: Leftovers from Mon. & Tues.

Thurs., 8/12: Grilled Chicken Panini, chips, pickles, homemade lemonade

Fri., 8/13: Baked Cube Steak w/ gravy, green beans, scalloped potatoes

Weekend: leftovers from Thurs. and Fri.

Mon., 8/16: Homemade Chicken Pot Pie, salad

Tues., 8/17: Oven Beef Stew, honey cornbread, sweet tea

Wed., 8/18: Leftovers from Mon. & Tues.

Thurs., 8/19: Slow Cooker Pot Roast, carrots, potatoes, onions

Diane Tom, This was sooooooooooo good! I cut the spaghetti to 1/2 lb, used 1/2 lb of Italian sausage instead of chicken, used 1 jar of Newman's Marinara sauce and it still filled my cast iron skillet. Thanks so much for sharing! Diane

Tom/Kentucky I'm glad you enjoyed it. I can't claim to have "invented" it since I recreated it from my favorite dish at a restaurant we go to. But, I did pick apart the dish and write down what was in it so I could come home and try to recreate it. It's one of our favorites.
