6 hard boiled eggs, peel carefully and slice in half lengthwise.
Remove the yolks and place in a bowl.
2 tablespoons mayo 1 tablespoon mustard 1/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. lemon juice chopped pimientos (optional)
Mash & mix yolks together with mayo, mustard, salt, lemon juice, and pimientos. Fill the egg whites with the mixture. Sprinkle paprika on th eggs.
If you have one of those cake icing bags you can make your eggs pretty.
