Would you please explain. I have not heard this discussed at our school. Is the ranking for the district? Will teachers now get paid differently?

Mnay schools are now adopting new evaluation instruments for teachers where 50 % is tied to evaluation, 25% to test results or somehow show yearly gains, and 25% "other" as determined by the district.
