My school is looking at The Super Kids Reading Program to replace what we are currently using. Does anyone use this program and what do you think about it?

Teaching hours are between 15 and 30 hours a week. We are currently recruiting for Shanghai, Beijing, Shenzhen, Tianjin, Qingdao, Hangzhou, Suzhou, Changzhou, Xiamen and many other cities as well.
Our offers include the following:
-Basic salary from 10000 RMB and 40000 RMB per month (including housing stipend)
-16 - 22 days paid leave as well as a performance bonus and an end of contract bonus

Many years ago I bought some monthly newsletter templates and powerpoints from an online site...seems like it had the name schoolhouse or classroom in it. Does anyone have any idea of the company I am talking about. I have not been able to google it...so name must be wrong.
Minute to Minute Instruction, Fundations (No Fun), Reading Centers, Guided Reading, Computers not working, Smart board No Sound, Leveled Math, Leveled Worksheets, Leveled Homework, New Science Curriculum, and Meetings -Meetings-Meetings!!!! Had to Vent!
I am looking for ways to help students remember basic addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division facts. Any ideas would be appreciated.
It's a yearlong commitment: begins in either late September or Early October and ends in the spring. Teachers rotate travel buddies every 4-6 weeks (depends upon the number of participants). Some participants have been in the exchange for up to 8 years so we are a reliable group!
