Hi there,

My kid and I have been discussing about her future. We've come to a conclusion that a financially independent, peaceful, giving life will suit her best. So we think teaching might be a good choice for her, given her personality, character and talent. She's now a middle school high performing student in China good at languages, math, science and programming. We really need some help to select a pathway.

1. We are particularly interested in Canada. What are some recommendations for the education degrees in universities/colleges, which are a bit more competitive for future job hunting? E.g., UBC education degrees?

2. Is a master degree in education more competitive in the teaching job market?

Thanks for your time. Any other advice will be appreciated.

Sincerely

Jian
