I am a retired middle school Spanish teacher. I attend an advance Spanish language class for adults. Many of the students struggle with remembering how to pronounce the vowels correctly. Sometimes I am not sure what they might be trying to say because the pronunciation is incorrect. Can anyone suggest some games or activities that we might do to help them remember that each vowel has only one sound and what that sound is? It could even be songs that are easy to teach. I am going to pass these ideas on to our wonderful teacher. I am sure she is receptive as she has already asked me to sign up to be a sub for her. Thank you.
