March Break 2011 Travel for Canadian teachers

Just came back from our Christmas tour to Egypt and am now in the process of planning a 9 day customized tour to Ecuador and the Galapagos Islands during March Break 2011, leaving from Toronto International airport. This trip would coincide directly with educator's holidays, leaving either late Friday night or on the Saturday. March is probably one of the best times to visit this area, as the water is warm and calm and the weather, hot! Also in the works is a 13 day African Safari to Kenya, in August 2011.
