Hi! I'm really new at this and part of my new duties
include trouble shooting computers do you know of any good
websites or on-line courses that I could look into to
improve my trouble shooting skills? Any suggestions will

Are you given network admin rights? If so, is it Netware?...I ask
since you are running some old OSes.

And even just googling the problem can bring up help areas all
over. Heck, I just found out I could get white-out off of khaki
pants using WD40 from googling "how to get white-out off of khaki
