Who is Teaching Tech in Elementary Schools

Hi Everyone: I need feedback on who exactly is teaching your tech. curriculum in your district's elementary schools. Any info you can share would be most appreciated! For example, what elementary grades receive direct tech. instruction and who provides it - the classroom teacher, a designated tech. teacher, or another staff member (please describe).

Randy When I was a teacher we had a tech staff member that ran our computer lab. She did most of the tech teaching unless the teaxher was tech literate also. - R

CTJS I teach computer literacy at a K-5 school. I am responsible for teaching our state curriculum.
