    I am about to start tutoring a 3rd grade boy. His basic reading skills, like phonics and decoding, are fine. He needs help in more advanced skills like fluency, spoken expression and speed.     I'm looking for a tutor 3 days a week. Monday Tuesday, and Thursday at 4:30 pm.
