I am very, very new to the world of building a website. I
got overwhelmed just reading this board! What is a first
baby step for me? I would like to implement a website
this year that will help me communicate with parents -
more like an on-line newsletter than a big website.
However, I would like to be able to add some notes and
such that I have passed out in the past.

Would it be best for me to attempt something using
Dreamweaver or utilize a free/inexpensive website builder
this year? If so, are some of them better than others?

Thanks,

Lela Anne
