I still can't seem to get it so that there are not scroll
bars necessary on some computers.
MY class page looks the same on any computer I look at it
with. I used tables. I was told tables was "the answer."

I don't understand what you mean by "scroll bars".
The horizontal scroll bar is necessary for users with
800 pixel monitors only because your images are wider
than 800 pixels. The browser puts the horizontal scroll
bars there so people can see your wide image(s).
