Hi, May I pick your brains? Is there some kind of software that I could use in my computer to make slideshows (like you do with PowerPoint) but that you could burn the slide show to a cd or dvd and pop into a dvd player to show instead of using the computer to show? I am willing to spend more for this type of software. Any recommendations? Thank you, teresa

East End Long Islander I LOVE Microsoft's freebie you can download, Photostory. It takes NO time to learn (it's completely idiot user friendly) ... and I've put together slide shows that are elaborate for family birthdays, kids end of year gifts, etc. And you can save the slideshow in several formats. I say, check it out.

Gerry .S If you decide to view my show to get an idea of what you can do with the Photodex software I should mention that it was created using ProShow Gold from their software lineup.Anyway-Right Click on the opening screen and select FULL SCREEN for optimum viewing
