I've heard of teachers installing the software on their laptops so they can take this home to create Smart lessons.
We have a new tech director this year and he's still trying to reorganize all the mountains of files in his office -- he came just in time for a major renovation at the school which meant his office would move. The move left the tech office in a mess.
SOOOO, I'm just wondering if anyone knows if it's legal to put the software on a laptop for this purpose? (Copyright stuff, you know.)

I have a laptop that my Smartboard software is loaded on but I'm sure that I read in the manual that you can install the software on more than one computer. I plan to install it on another laptop at school because I need to take mine with me when I attend meetings and that leaves the SmartBoard not usable.
