I'm going to have 2nd, 3rd, and 5th graders in my classroom for about an hour and I'd like to do a Fall art project or make a Fall recipe. I need something that all three levels will be able to do. If you have ideas or suggestions, I'd really appreciate it. If you have any other ideas that may involve Science or Social Studies, I'd like be open to that as well.
Brenda I use to have all of my art classes participate in a fall "mural" made up of drawn and cut out images...I usually start by showing visuals of animals and fall landscapes...or read a story set in fall...then discuss things that happen in nature during the fall and activities people like to do in fall...then each child would draw animals, people fall...See More

Wendy I had a blast making fall 'snowflakes' this year, cutting fall colored papers with autumn objects instead of winter snowflakes. This would be good for a range of ages, because even young kids can make snowflakes, while the older children can try the more challenging intricate designs.
