We are putting on a community Earth Day Festival targeted
at children. I need suggestions for good earth day
literature that we could possibly turn into a play or
storytelling experience. Any suggestions are welcome and

it as a play last year, and it turned out great.

My absolute favorite Earth Day Literature is Dr. Seuss' THE
LORAX. I found it yesterday at Barnes & Noble, and I
remember it well from my childhood. It was always my
favorite - I read it to my 6-year-old and she had no problem
understanding the ideas it was trying to get across.
