I am a PE teacher but want to begin a graded
recycle "class" for my students. I have approx. 180 girls
and thought assigning 6 girls per week throughout the
school year to collect and organize the recycle bins would
be a great start...now I am stuck...how do I grade? How
do I maje sure they complete thier tasks? Where do I go
with all the recycle material? We use to have a recycle
program in our school but it was stopped because there was
no company anywhere close who would pick up the items!
Any help would be great!

Teacher Chatboards
Grading wise, make some kind of rubric such as
responsibilities completed in a timely fashion, items
separated correctly, team work when sorting, etc. You could
also have the girls grade each other in those regards.
