My son asked for $4 last week for a fundraiser at school. I don't cash...and neither do about 1 in 8 Americans. So I had to go to the ATM then get change for a $20. Most people would have just skipped the fundraiser.
Next month this same school could use $hare to collect donations. A smartphone app that allows users to donate to your event, other school events, churches, non profits, even tip people. People enter their payment info one time then they can donate to any cause that accepts $hare.
To accept donations from $hare it takes you 5 minutes to set up and no fees other than normal credit card processing.
