Ok after receiving several requests for assistance in how to open an Adult Day Center, we have agreed to assist serious minded individuals. There will be a fee for this consulting service. If interested please contact us. Please note we are not interested in big business inquiries. We will contract with and assist only those who truly want to work with adults needing day service assistance. Resumes will be required. All details will be available at initial introduction.

I don't know if this will help, but try contacting a child advocate, they should point you in the right direction. Call Pathways and see if they can give you a list of them. I know there is one in Ashland that helped me a long time ago, but can not find her number.
