I'd like to write a grant for a SMART board for my English classroom. Is this something an individual can do, or does it have to be through a local or state agency? What are the chances of this actually happening? And any ideas of where I might write to?

Hi, Lucretia,I am excited to know that there's someone else dreaming the same dreams I am dreaming. I too have been looking for ways to fund a learning center in Louisiana. However, I have not had any luck. Nevertheless, I am going to continue to seek ways to fund my Learning Center. If I should have any success I will definitely pass it on to you. I would also appreciate it if you would do the same.

I think there might be an activation fee of $500 to $1000 added after the end of 2009, but right now it's just the 1st monthly subscription payment.

Best wishes!

I am writing a $10,000 technology grant for my elementary school. It will involve an array of items such as activboards, laptops, lcd projectors, and document cameras. I'm looking for a catchy title. Any ideas?
