Hello all who take the time to read this chat. From my
pserspective, it goes from bad to worse...I notice that
next year recruits are right out of college, the best to
you for your courage but watch out! The old teachers do
not support and welcome the new. They have seen newbies
come and go and know attachments don't last. Your job can
be 95% good but only the 5% mistakes will be taken into
consideration. If you do good, administrators take the
credit, if you do bad you'll be scape goated. Old
teachers also line up the students for their classrooms
with the model students before you arrive. You get the
worst, you get the kids who are presently in law suits
because they tried to kill the tachers and other
students! I kid you not..The administrators are
incompetent, arrogant and wicked. They openly play
favortism and are only their to protect their paychecks.
