Sad this board is so negative. Sad that qualified teachers
are having such a hard time getting a job, and if this
board is used as a measure, it seems to be state wide. I
moved here 19 years ago from Georgia. That was of course
before the days of NCLB and highly qualified so I did not
have such a hard time. Also I was special ed and that seems
to be an easier area. Is there anything nice to say about
teaching or trying to teach in Alabma? Anyone out there
have a good experience at all? In anyway? Bo

practically impossible to hire transfers from other states.
