Sarah, I spoke with someone today who told me there are openings at Hazel Green and Mount Carmel. She said you would need to go to the county to fill out your application. I couldn't tell her much about you as I am not sure what you are certified to teach. She did confirm that the best way to get your foot in the door is to sub and to try to get a maternity leave sub job. She says that is a good way to get in. She also said that it is always good to know someone in the system, teachers, principals, anyone who might speak for you. HTH Ronda.

Sarah Thanks Ronda for following up with so much help. Huntsville certainly does have nice people living here! I will take the suggestions about the schools that are hiring and work on that this coming week! I am definitely open to doing a leave of some kind. I am keeping my eyes open for that too!
