Teaching in Arkansas

Right now I'm getting my Certification and Masters in
Education at the same time. I have a Bachelors in Art. I'm
wondering how difficult it is going to be to find an Art
Teaching position when I relocate to Arkansas. I really
need some help! I would appreciate any advice given.
