Part Time Tutors Needed

A+ Arkansas Learning, LLC is currently recruiting tutors for the 2011-2012 school year. We are a Supplemental Education Services (SES) provider in Arkansas serving children eligible in the No Child Left Behind (NCLB) program. Tutoring will be offered in a small group setting with focus on Math, Reading, and English/Language Arts. All positions will be contracted with an average of 4-10 hours weekly until each of the students has completed an average of 30 hours of instruction. Most tutoring will take place Monday- Thursday between the hours of 4:00 and 7:00. Friday and weekend tutoring may also be arranged on special circumstances as needed. Those fluent in Spanish are encouraged to apply. This will be paid training. â€¢ High School Diploma is required. Bachelorâ€™s degree is preferred. What we expect of our contracted tutors: Professionalism, Responsiveness, Dependability, Performance and Honesty Compensation Tutors with A+ Arkansas Learning, LLC will earn between $15 to $40 per hour based on their education level and years of experience.

I'm interested to know what the minimum number of students are needed to provide a tutor at a district. Also, if you know which districts in Arkansas are approved for SES. And, finally, what the minimum number of hours is needed for SES students in your state.
