Corporal punishment

School officials that beat minors should be arrested for felony assault and abuse charges. How disgusting that this still goes on in the United States of America. You can see by the video that this man enjoys hitting the butts of students. Because of the backward laws that protect him he is more brazen as the years pass. Students should never be given a choice to be assaulted but the administrators know that peer pressure works so they take advantage of this violence.
