Susan, Arizona is not a good state to be a teacher. Schools especially on the west side are difficult to work in. Administrators are there just to get experience and many school districts are not very ethical. I don't want to be negative. The state just cut almost $200 million for education funding which means higher class sizes and less support. R...See More
