reading endorsement

Anyone out there taking reading classes for their reading endorsement at grand canyon university? Is it worth it? I have 5 years teaching experience and a masters in education. What's the most beneficial endorsement I could put on my certificate to help me get a job in Phoenix, Arizona? My family lived in Flagstaff, AZ and had to move because of my husbands job. I'm collecting unemployment right now.

SEI is required of all teachers. The pro. ESL is first than full ESL I got my full ESL because I came with one from another state.
