Are we allowed to post our impressions about the eval process and the person who conducted the evaluation? We all know that these are very biased. There are two viewpoints of an eval. And the whole process is very political. I have seen admins give bad evals just because the teacher was at the top of the payscale and in spite of glowing reviews in the past received negative evals at new school. The admins also don't want the older teachers at some schools and decide on day one that that person will be gone. I know because it has happened to me. The admin was just dumb enough to tell people that I was on the chopping block. This was before we had even spoken.
