Arizona is again facing an even worse teacher shortage with low pay and an increasing work=load with few benefits.

JL I use to love teaching, but the increasing scrutinization of teachers and their students' test scores, and the overwhelming expectations just killed it all for me. I felt the pay and benefits were ok.

Patty Many schools don't have certified teachers. Instructors are leaving in droves due to very low pay and no representation.
