TEACHER SHORTAGE BAD

Yes, I have read this in several newspapers. Some schools still think they can get away with a 30K salary. Many schools have just paras or subs. You can name your own salary or conditions in this market. Be selective. Do they offer benefits that are paid? Do they offer training? Will they reimburse you for expenses? Be careful what school you go to when contracts are do.
