What are some good schools both public and charter that are good to work at? I am leaving gilbert public schools. I've had it with that place.

summer69 Avoid Cartwright District at all costs. Student are horrible and profane and teachers are mostly clock punchers. Administration sucks and offers no support except for one or two schools. After your insurance, you only make about 1900 month. Can't even live off of that. Crummy district in the most dangerous part of Phoenix

jasped Agree that charter schools have to be avoided at all costs. You put in so many extra hours that you cannot take a second job to compensate for low pay. One charter school hooks you in with a joy at work philosophy which translates to 60 hours a week with very poor pay rate.
