Try New Mexico if a Masters minimum guaranteed is $53,000 great benefits and retirement.

Kb I don't think that's true about New Mexico. They have a tiered licensure system. You have to teach at least 3 years in the state, have an MA and submit a portfolio to the state department of Ed before you can move into the 40,000 a year base salary tier. Then you have to wait three more years and submit another portfolio to get the 50,000 base. I k...See More
