My neighbor who was a postman in that area said that It's a bad area. Also, I think that they want you to perform a lesson during your Interview which is just one more hoop poor teachers are subjected to. Fees for certificates, background checks, electronic applications that come back with a message that says 'Do not reply to this message', and even making an appointment electronically to be screened- not Interviewed. It's no wonder nobody wants to enter or stay in this awful profession if you can call it that anymore. Get ready fro the constant monitoring. unexpected pop ins especially if the schools label is an A+. The school label, constant data gathering is much more important that you. God help this profession!
