You don't necessarily need certification. I'm a graduate of last summer's ARC program. I'm teaching as a long term sub. My 90 day certificate didn't get activated, as the CT Ed department considered a "Beyond 40-day sub authorization " to be more appropriate. I'm paid the same as a Step 1 BA. ...See More
