I took an FTCE General Knowledge essay class and the professor contributed the failure rate to weak essay structure, thesis statement and supporting details. I am working on strengthening these areas to pass the test.

Benefits & challenges of an effective using four performance levels. Benefits: The value of teacher evaluation feedback to improve performance on all four levels.
