I'm confused using the levels (Highly effective to unsatisfactory) as a grading basis analyze the benefits and challenges of an effective of an effetcive teacher? Benefits and challenges of using the "effectiveness performance levels" to analyze teachers effectiveness?
I sent in an application for teaching certificate to the FDoE. They received it on June 12. On the website, it says "As of September 1, we are now processing applications within the last 60 business days." Obviously, they got mine before that time period, yet when I call, the automated system tells me my application is still processing.
Has anyone had to deal with this? How can it still be processing if it's past the time period the department was supposed to process it?
Also, does anyone have a number where you can actually get in touch with someone there who can answer certification questions? I can't seem to every get in touch with a person there.
wintering6Still processing. I spoke to someone at the Dept. of Education - all the info she would give me was "current teachers come first." I did more research. There are reviews for Dept of Education on Facebook that complaining of the same thing. That it's taking 6+ months to process these things.
