Hello, isn't it pretty hard to be a social studies teacher because it is for me because no one listens to me most of my class are either sleeping or doing some other stuff well if you fellow teachers know how to control this somewhat blustering class then type something, other than that, bye

Breast Cancer Awareness, Anti-Bullying

I'd like to provide awareness on the above topics, but need adequate resources to make it successful at our elementary school. Does anyone know where I can get bulk resources such as t-shirts, posters, cups, pencils, bulletin board displays, etc? I know they can be purchased from numerous sources, but it's out of pocket at this time.

Filing EEOC charges against Marion county school

A fully certified teacher in Marion County you must invest FIRST to be considered. A doctor done physical Drug test Criminal Background check This is about $200 cash JUST TO BE CONSIDERED. The pay is $11.60 per hour They discriminated against me for being over 60.

good luck Not if they have people under 60 applying for the same job do the same thing.

That said, I don't think it is worth the pay.

I can't take it anymore. This has to be my last year. Does anyone know of headhunters that work with teachers transitioning to new careers?

I'm done with Florida too. I am willing to relocate to anywhere.

Phil Yes, contact book publishers to sell their books to school districts...I worked for a while with Mondo Books...non-fiction for elementary...they were well received...I did it in California however....Its like a different nation than Florida.
