Many thanks for your valuable help...I am practicing very hard to pass this portion...I lost the times that I tried, but I have to try one more time.
in the essay, am I supposed to talk about the advantages and disadvantages or only talk about one of them? Thank you.

Although some people do a 5 paragraph essay, I was told by other people to do 4 paragraphs instead. The first one for the introduction, the second for advantages, the third one for disadvantages, and the last one for conclusion. And YES, you are suppose to write about both advantages and disadvantages, otherwise, you only will be addressing one part of the prompt.
