Medicaid for CharterSchool Teachers et al

Watch and see Reich Scott meet with Charters, private schools and other school districts to put the lowest paid teachers into Medicaid in the future...this way the Federal Govt will pay for these schools and charters and school districts with first year teachers can get this benefit covered. Does anyone not think this guy is this crafty? If you make $25k as a teacher...U would qualify as they are broadening the coverage to include those not eligible today.
