Recently took the GKT...Hope this helps someone!

I took the GKT today, March 22nd. The essay prompt: Many Americans spend time browsing the internet as a pastime EVALUATE the benefits and cost of reading compared to internet browsing...Just as a side note, I spend most of my time practicing advantages and disadvantages that when I saw EVALUATE it threw me a bit off. However, I think using the structure of setting up the ESSAY provided by Navaed was helpful... In regards to the Math questions I had several word problems and several order of operation questions (evaluate). Reading prompts for me were EADS, Snow, and I can't remember the other prompt. ELS contained grammatical questions, parallelism, vocabulary, and modifiers... for most part it included everything. I found the ELS section the hardest and ironically that's the one that I passed. FTCE GK HELP March 25 Essay prompt was the same. Reading passages: Day of the dead and food additives. some Mississippi bridge passage, Born to run, and something about acid paper manufacturing. I ran out of time.....
