1. Somewhere along the lines of the bureau having statistics that math, ESL and science teachers are in high demand give two reasons why it's happening. (this is different from teacher shortage) they are asking for what might be causing it.
2. Teacher Evaluations are highly effective, effective, needs improvement or developing and unsatisfactory. Using these four characteristics analysis the benefits and challenges of assessing an effective teacher.

@Jeniffer, I feel Maria question is valid because the prompt for public speaking was my essay passage back in January of this year. In addition, I had prompt number 1 back in November. Maybe the city does matter.

@Maryam, are you sure about these prompts? Plagerism and Public speaking were last 3 months prompt. I just want to confirm that these are offically the prompts for April, May and June.
