emailing principals about jobs seen on websites

I been looking for a job as a Co- Teacher for a while in Georgia and I have not gotten any responses. I do not know what I need to do to get pass the HR. I have thought about emailing the Principals directly and I would like advice.

Samantha I would say that if you have already completed the application process through HR then it can never hurt to walk into a school and leave them a hard copy of your resume. At a school I worked in years ago that was the best way to go about it. Literally "get your foot in the door"!
