No jobs here, and likely won't be for years, especially in Elem ed, but it's your mistake to make....
As far as the certification issue, this will likely depend upon your education. If you have an Early Childhood background, then you will likely get the Type 04 P-4 cert. If you're more elementary oriented, it will likely be the Type 03 K-5. Bare in mind that the middle school 6-8 (with the possible inclusion of 9) endorsement must be earned by taking specific middle school classes.
Honestly ISBE probably won't be able to accurately answer your question until you submit your credentials for review.
