Think of it like this: EVERYBODY goes to first grade. If
you are in the top 5% of your first grade class - that's
nice, but it's a VERY LARGE pool. LOTS of kids are going to
score well.

i failed the GEE one point and could not graduate,so I cannot participate in the promotional excercise, I'm a senior and i'm about to crack up....this is not right
