Teaching Jobs on Teachers.Net

Myself and a couple of co-workers have been looking for teaching positions at other schools within the Recovery School District. Both of them are in their second years of teaching and are still working on their certification. On the other hand, I am fully certified, have a master's degree and am in my seventh year of teaching. However, both of them have had a few interviews (we've all applied to the same schools!) while I have only had one. Is it that charter schools don't want to pay the salary for someone with experience and an advanced degree? If that is the case, then perhaps this is why NO has so many failing schools. I'm not saying that a new teacher cannot be an effective teacher but in general I would want someone with more experience teaching my children if given the choice. I'm beginnig to wonder if there is a problem with my cover letter or resume. Would anyone care to critique it? Comments or suggestions? Thanks!
